Law Firm is currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Private Equity Attorney with 4th-5th year experience to join our dynamic team in the DC office. As an Associate, you will play a lead role in providing top-notch legal services to our private equity fund and portfolio company clients.

Responsibilities:
- Draft and negotiate purchase and merger agreements, LLC and LP agreements, and other ancillary transaction documents
- Provide day-to-day support and guidance to private equity clients
- Utilize strong analytical and writing skills to ensure high-quality work product
- Demonstrate excellent project management and organizational abilities
- Collaborate with client business teams in a team-oriented environment

Requirements:
- Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
- 4th-5th year experience working with private equity sponsors at a large law firm
- Strong academic credentials
- Excellent drafting, writing, and analytical skills
- Detail-oriented with strong attention to accuracy
- Good business and strategic judgment

Salary Information:
- Expected annual pay range: $310,000 - $365,000
- Final offer amount dependent on geographic location, applicable experience, and skillset of candidate
