The Law Firm, a top civil litigation defense firm with offices in Pleasant Hill and Fairfield, is currently seeking experienced litigation attorneys to join our team. We are looking for highly skilled and motivated individuals with a strong academic background from an accredited law school. Responsibilities:
- Handle a broad range of litigation matters
- Conduct legal research and provide analysis and advice to clients
- Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents
- Attend hearings, depositions, and trials
- Manage and prioritize a high volume caseload
- Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel

Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
- Admission to the California State Bar
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in civil litigation defense
- Excellent writing and research skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Willingness to take on significant responsibilities
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Experience with document management and electronic discovery is a plus
