Job Title: Complex Litigation and Product Liability Managing Associate
Salary Range: $310,000 - $390,000
Experience: 4-6 years of complex litigation and product liability experience
Job Type: Regular Full-time, Non-Partner Attorney
Location: Any Orrick office location in the United States
Responsibilities:
- Handle complex disputes across a diverse range of industries
- Work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Manage complex cases and conduct and defend depositions
- Make court appearances at key hearings and handle mediations
- Engage in other tasks typically managed by associates
- Work directly with clients
Qualifications:
- Highly motivated, dynamic, and creative individual
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and a strong team-oriented mindset
- Strong academic credentials
- Excellent legal research abilities
- Superb writing and oral communication skills
- Experience in product liability is essential
- Membership in the State Bar of the desired office location is strongly preferred
