Responsibilities:

- Provide support to legal teams by managing essential client and internal tasks
- Utilize CRM tools and legal experience databases to manage data supporting client teams
- Handle new business conflicts reports, open new matters, and track internal knowledge and expertise
- Streamline workflows and ensure seamless document handling by preparing client financial reports, litigation pleadings, transaction documents, and engagement letters
- Support ongoing projects and leverage insights to refine processes using firm tools and resources
- Provide general support to practice groups and business departments, including coordinating meetings, managing scheduling, arranging travel, and assisting with expense reports
- Organize cross-time-zone meetings and support attorneys in delivering high-touch client experiences
- Support financial processes by preparing client invoices, vendor bills, and internal financial reports
- Utilize tools like PowerBI and Excel to develop reports giving insights into client matters and operational efficiency
- Identify ways to improve workflows, optimize use of technology, and contribute new ideas to foster innovation and efficiency across practice groups

Qualifications:

- Highly motivated, detail-oriented individual with a strong interest in the legal industry
- Analytical and technical skills with proficiency in MS Office Suite, experience in PowerBI or Excel a plus
- Strong time management and multitasking abilities, able to handle multiple projects with competing deadlines
- Commitment to accuracy in all aspects of work, from document management to data handling
- Eagerness to deliver excellent service, maintain strong relationships, and support client needs
- Proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues, as well as optimizing processes and workflows
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with ability to convey information clearly and concisely
