Junior to Mid-level Managed Care Litigation Associate
The candidate must have 2-5 years of experience. Should have 2-3 years of law firm or relevant in-house experience in complex commercial litigation and arbitration, excellent academic credentials and strong writing and research skills. Managed care or health care experience is required. Should have experience managing regulatory or compliance matters, and ability to serve as the point person on litigation and/or counseling, including coordinating with other associates and staff and acting as client contact. Significant case management and/or client counseling experience preferred. Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school and active membership in good standing of the California State Bar required.
