Marshall Dennehey, a leading Am Law 200 civil defense law firm, is seeking an experienced Associate Attorney with 2-5 years of experience to join our team in the Health Care department in our Philadelphia, PA office. In this role, you will assist in the defense of Medical Malpractice cases and have the opportunity to work with a dynamic team of 8 lawyers. Our goal is to hire associates who are eager to learn and develop their legal skills and who have a steady and consistent work history.
As an Associate Attorney at Marshall Dennehey, you will have the opportunity to work closely with 2 shareholders and collaborate with other team members on case strategy and progress. You will also have the opportunity to attend court hearings and depositions, conduct legal research and analysis, and draft motions, pleadings, and other legal documents. We value strong research, writing, and communication skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
