Responsibilities:
- As a Counsel in the Labor Management Relations practice group, you will work on interesting and challenging matters with minimal supervision.
- Collaborate with senior attorneys.
- Conduct labor law-related research and provide counseling.
- Handle agency hearings, collective bargaining, representation matters, and labor arbitration.
- Think creatively and find practical solutions to complex problems.
- Strong academic credentials, analytical skills, and communication skills required.
- Must be licensed in the state of residence.
