****, a leading law firm with nearly 300 attorneys, is currently seeking a partner to represent sophisticated firm clients in all areas of employee benefits law. The ideal candidate should have a portable and growing book of business and be able to practice independently in the areas of qualified retirement plan design and compliance, sponsor and fiduciary risk management, benefit plan documentation, health and welfare benefit plans, ERISA claims and dispute resolution, governmental investigations and audits, and Affordable Care Act compliance.

### Benefits

- Competitive salary ranging from $150,000 to $300,000
- Represent sophisticated firm clients in all areas of employee benefits law
- Practice independently in the areas of qualified retirement plan design and compliance, sponsor and fiduciary risk management, benefit plan documentation, health and welfare benefit plans, ERISA claims and dispute resolution, governmental investigations and audits, and Affordable Care Act compliance
- Develop and maintain client relationships

### Responsibilities

- Provide legal advice to clients regarding employee benefits law
- Represent clients in court proceedings
- Prepare legal documents such as contracts, wills, and deeds
- Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients
- Analyze legal documents for accuracy and completeness

### Qualifications

- Juris Doctor degree
- Admitted to practice law in at least one state
- 5+ years of experience in employee benefits law
- Portable and growing book of business
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong research and analytical skills
