Senior Employment & Labor Litigation Paralegal The candidate witness interviews and communications. Discovery management, including planning for and executing e-discovery strategies. Manages outside discovery vendors. Cases and project management, including motions, trial preparation and mediation issues. Prepares prosecution documents and reporting correspondence to clients. Communicates with clients throughout initial filing, office actions, publication, allowance, issuance and renewal. Prepares litigation budgets and portfolios. Prepares Motions and Appeal Briefs. Bachelor's degree is required. Should have 10+ years of litigation experience with both state and federal courts, and a strong working knowledge of court rules and procedures. ABA-approved paralegal certificate is preferred.
