Are you an experienced researcher with a passion for uncovering valuable information? BDO is seeking an Investigative Due Diligence Experienced Associate to join our team and make a positive impact for our clients. In this role, you will be responsible for researching, assessing, and reporting data for our investigative due diligence practice.
As an Experienced Associate, you will have the opportunity to use your advanced understanding and skills in research to collect information from a wide range of sources such as media, criminal records, and corporate records. You will then review and analyze this information to determine its accuracy and relevance, and transcribe your findings into an investigative report.

Key Responsibilities:
Collect information from a variety of online and print resources
Use advanced research skills to assess the accuracy and relevance of information
Create user-friendly investigative reports
Communicate findings to clients
Other duties as required
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Library Sciences, Journalism, Criminal Justice, Paralegal Studies, Political Science, English, or Liberal Arts
1+ years of experience in corporate research
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Word and Excel
Knowledge of commercial databases such as Westlaw, Lexis, Clear, and Pacer
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent analytical and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Deadline-driven with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
Salary Information:
Individual salaries offered are determined based on qualifications, experience, skills, and geography.
National Range: $70,000 - $80,000
Maryland Range: $70,000 - $80,000
NYC/Long Island/Westchester Range: $70,000 - $80,000
