Law Firm is seeking a Natural Resources & Commercial Litigation Associate with a minimum of 2 years post-JD experience to join our dynamic litigation team. This position offers the opportunity to work on a variety of disputes involving natural resources, contracts, class actions, commercial issues, oil & gas, energy, the environment, and federal public lands. We are looking for a highly motivated individual who is dedicated to providing excellent legal representation to our clients while also being a positive addition to our Firm culture.

Responsibilities:
Represent clients in commercial issues, contracts, natural resources, oil & gas, energy, federal lands, and environmental litigation matters.
Conduct legal research and draft legal documents.
Collaborate with the team to develop effective legal strategies.
Provide exceptional client service and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Stay up-to-date with relevant laws and regulations.
Requirements:
Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
Minimum of 2 years of post-JD experience in commercial or environmental litigation.
Strong legal research and writing skills.
Enthusiasm and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Must be licensed to practice law and in good standing in Colorado or willing to waive into Colorado Bar.
Salary Information:
$175,000 to $210,000 per year, depending on experience.
Full-time, in-person role.
