As a Senior Litigation Counsel, you will handle general litigation, pre-litigation claims, and all related matters for **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***. in all regions where we operate. You will also have the opportunity to manage all aspects of litigation matters, supervise outside counsel, and support the company's strategy for litigation and pre-litigation disputes. Responsibilities:
- Handle general litigation, pre-litigation claims, and all related matters for **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***. in all regions where we operate
- Manage all aspects of litigation matters, including e-discovery, fact-finding and analysis, witness preparation, depositions, case management conferences, motion practice, and arbitration or trial preparation and presentation
- Supervise and partner with outside counsel to ensure high-quality legal representation for the company
- Identify potential litigation risk and counsel the business to minimize exposure
- Support the company's strategy for litigation and pre-litigation disputes
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree and Juris Doctorate from an ABA accredited law school
- In-depth litigation experience in both private practice and corporate litigation, preferably in the tech or media industry
- Substantive experience with legal issues related to consumer-facing technology
- Ability to research complex legal questions and provide sound judgment
- Strong communication skills, including exceptional legal writing and the ability to craft persuasive and concise briefs
- Member in good standing of the New York or California bar association, or another bar association with the ability to register as in-house counsel in New York or California
