**MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***. is currently seeking a mid-level associate with four or more years of debt finance experience to join its thriving Financial Services Transaction practice. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in representing lenders and borrowers on leveraged finance transactions, as well as experience with mezzanine finance or other private credit funds. This position is available in all of our offices, with preference given to candidates in Charlotte or Raleigh, NC.

Key Responsibilities:
• Draft and negotiate credit agreements, intercreditor agreements, security agreements, and other primary loan documents
• Manage transaction closings and supervise junior associates and paralegals
• Provide excellent analytical and writing skills and understanding of acquisition financing
• Work as part of a nationally recognized financial services team

Qualifications:
• Four or more years of debt finance experience at a law firm
• Strong understanding of leveraged finance transactions
• Experience with mezzanine finance or other private credit funds preferred
• Excellent analytical and writing skills
• Attention to detail and good judgment
