The successful candidate will specialize in corporate transactions for high growth, life sciences, healthcare and technology companies located in the US, Asia, and around the world. This includes working with venture-backed private and public companies through a range of transactions such as equity financing, IPOs, M&A and corporate governance.
**Job Requirements:**
- 2 - 4 years’ experience in a broad range of corporate and transactional matters, with a focus on capital markets.
- Experience in public company work and registered equity offerings (IPOs and follow-on offerings).
- Experience working with life sciences companies preferred, but the group will also consider candidates who have only an interest in life sciences work (but not direct experience).
- Highly qualified candidates must have general experience both working in teams and in managing substantial components of transactions independently.
- Outstanding academic credentials, comparable law firm experience, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Relevant bar admission (or eligibility to obtain admission promptly) required.
