Overview:
- Full-time position within Services LLC
- Reports to Worldwide Consumer organization
- Supports Field Operations organizations across fulfilment and logistics business lines
- Responsible for proactive and reactive employee relations strategies
- Must be able to travel up to 50% of the time to various Amazon locations
Key Responsibilities:
- Detect and mitigate risks through employee and labor relations expertise
- Handle crisis management situations with excellent judgment
- Independently manage large-scale projects to improve frontline partner experience
- Analyze and interpret data to develop persuasive narratives and recommendations
- Communicate effectively through written communications and engaging training sessions
- Collaborate with critical stakeholders to influence change
- Problem solve independently in ambiguous situations
- Launch and manage sustainable mechanisms for entire networks
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree and 7+ years of relevant experience in employee relations, labor relations, or labor/employment law
- Successful record of creating, improving, and executing programs at scale
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Proficient in MS Excel, Word, SharePoint, and PowerPoint
Preferred Qualifications:
- Advanced degree or specialized training in labor/employee relations
- Leadership experience in distribution, logistics, or transportation industries
- Experience building and launching programs that positively impact engagement
- Ability to analyze and use metrics to identify vulnerabilities and drive improvements
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment and able to manage through ambiguity and change
- Fluency in multiple languages
- Ability to handle confidential information and escalate issues when necessary

Compensation and Benefits:
- Compensation reflects cost of labor across several US geographic markets
- Base pay ranges from $114,600/year to $205,900/year depending on market location and job-related knowledge, skills, and experience
