We are looking for a candidate with at least three years of experience in all phases of litigation, exceptional legal research and writing skills, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.

As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of litigation cases involving business, contract, healthcare, and real property disputes. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct legal research and analysis
- Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents
- Represent clients in court hearings and trials
- Communicate with clients and opposing counsel
- Work independently and as part of a team

Requirements:
- Oregon State Bar membership in good standing
- Strong academic background
- Interest in litigation involving business, contract, healthcare, and real property disputes
- Trial experience (preferred)
- Washington State Bar license (a plus)
