Job Summary:

The Bilingual Administrative Assistant at **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***. will be responsible for assisting clients with legal options and managing the daily administrative operations of the firm. This role requires fluency in English and Spanish, excellent organizational and communication skills, and proficiency with technology and Microsoft Office Suite.

Administrative Assistant Essential Functions/Responsibilities:

- Handling incoming calls and other communications in Spanish and English
- Managing filing system and scanning documents
- Greeting clients and visitors
- Updating paperwork and maintaining documents
- Organizing and maintaining office shared areas
- Performing general office clerk duties and errands
- Maintaining office equipment
- Assisting with client reception
- Creating and maintaining databases
- Other duties as assigned

Administrative Assistant Required Skills/Abilities:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency with technology and ability to learn software systems
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure

Qualifications/Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree
- Knowledge of MS Office and MacOS
- Fluent in English and Spanish
- Strong communication skills, including reading comprehension, writing, speaking, active listening, and interpreting instructional documents
- Strong reasoning skills, including the ability to analyze information and formulate logical and objective conclusions
- Physical demands include regular walking, standing, sitting, hearing, and talking, occasional stooping and crouching, and manual dexterity for using office equipment
