- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as an attorney
- Responsible for drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts for a telecommunications services company
- Collaborate with internal teams and provide strategic advice and support
- Assist with litigation matters
- Juris Doctor with bar admission required

Responsibilities:

- Draft, review, and negotiate various commercial contracts for a telecommunications services company
- Collaborate with internal teams, including procurement, product, engineering, IT, finance, cybersecurity, and marketing
- Provide strategic advice and support to sales and internal clients
- Assist with litigation matters and participate in training company personnel on legal contracts and processes

Requirements:

- Juris Doctor with bar admission
- 3-5 years of experience as an attorney, preferably in a law firm or in-house legal department
- Experience with reviewing, negotiating, and redlining commercial contracts
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong communication skills
