In this role, you will be responsible for managing communication with clients, processing claims, and maintaining accurate records in our main database. Responsibilities:
- Manage all incoming and outgoing communication, including calls and emails with clients, third parties, and staff.
- Open claims with insurance companies and handle property damage division and subrogation.
- Perform data entry tasks and ensure accuracy of all information.
- Prepare and distribute reports as needed.
- Collect information and documents from clients and other sources and input data into the company's main database.
Qualifications:
- Previous law office experience, particularly in personal injury, is required.
- Bilingual in Spanish is preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Willingness to train the right candidate.
- Excellent phone skills and customer service experience.
- Must be organized, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
