Overview:
- Responsible for review and management of various business contracts
- Assessing risk exposure and providing professional advice and recommendations
- Business partner role
- Primarily focused on contracts for Ajinomoto North America Division
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctorate required
- Licensed to practice law in the .
- Minimum 8 years of legal experience required
- Substantial experience with contracts and corporate compliance
- Familiarity with intellectual property, privacy laws, food safety regulations, and contract disputes
- Ability to balance legal risks and commercial consequences

Salary Range:
- Budgeted 145-155K for open role
