Associate Senior Legal Counsel, Product Legal
Adobe is seeking a dedicated and hardworking attorney to provide exceptional legal and business support to the Adobe Commerce business unit. The ideal candidate will be a proactive self-starter who will build strong relationships with key stakeholders and partner with the business to identify and mitigate potential legal and business risks. This full-time position will be based in the United States in either our Lehi, UT, Austin, TX, New York, NY, Denver, CO, or San Jose, San Francisco, or LA, CA.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with internal business partners to assess legal compliance and provide practical advice on Adobe products, services, and initiatives.
- Establish positive relationships with various business stakeholders to advise on legal and business issues throughout all stages of development and marketing.
- Work with subject matter leads in Adobe's legal department to analyze legal risks and support the business.
- Manage product launch processes, including technology release checklists and questionnaires.
- Draft, negotiate, and supervise a wide variety of agreements.
- Prioritize projects and seek guidance from management as needed.
- Form and cultivate professional relationships across the business.
- Share relevant information across business teams and collaborate with peers in Adobe's legal department.
- Provide legal and practical advice to business management in a non-disruptive manner.
- Exercise common sense and be a creative problem solver.
- Support and develop other team members.
- Become an equal partner to the business teams, sharing legal and practical advice and bearing the burden of challenges.
Qualifications:
- . from an accredited law school and necessary bar membership.
- Minimum of 6+ years of relevant legal experience.
- Experience with privacy issues and interest in AI.
- Proficient at drafting and negotiating agreements.
- Effective communication skills.
- Technical background in software products and development, SaaS, or cloud-based services industry.
- Desire to take on greater responsibilities and prioritize projects.
- Proven track record of forming and cultivating professional relationships.
- A positive attitude and willingness to share relevant information across business teams.

Salary Information:
- . pay range: $140,000 - $266,500 annually.
- Pay varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
- Sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission).
- Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary.
- Short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans for sales roles and the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP) for non-sales roles.
- Certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
