Our law firm specializes in advising successful individuals and private capital, as well as governments, charities, and start-ups of all sizes and industries. We are looking for a highly motivated individual with strong academic credentials and a minimum of 4 years' experience in a law firm's Corporate group.

As a Corporate Associate, you will have the opportunity to work on complex corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, investments, and financings. You will also be responsible for conducting due diligence reviews and drafting a variety of corporate and commercial documents. In addition, you will have the opportunity to serve as personal legal counsel to talented and creative individuals in the sports and entertainment industries, providing them with holistic advice on a variety of professional and commercial activities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support senior members of the corporate team in various disciplines and transaction types
- Advise high net worth individuals, families, and family offices on corporate governance, investments, joint ventures, commercial agreements, and more
- Assist clients with their obligations under US securities laws, including beneficial ownership reporting and compliance with investment adviser regulations
- Review and draft formation, corporate governance, and transaction documents, as well as commercial contracts
- Conduct due diligence reviews in connection with corporate and securities transactions

Key Skills and Experience:

- Minimum of 4 years' experience in a law firm's Corporate group
- Strong academic credentials
- Excellent drafting, writing, and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team and interact professionally with clients and other professional advisors
- Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Team player with a strong motivation to succeed

Compensation:

Compensation for this position is commensurate with experience, ranging from $225,000 - $270,000 per year.
