We are currently seeking an Associate Attorney with 1-5 years of experience to join our growing Texas team. As an Associate Attorney, you will have the opportunity to work in various litigation practice groups, such as business litigation, employment, appellate, general liability, and construction defect. Junior associates will have the chance to explore different practice areas and find their niche, while mid-level associates can transition into dedicated practice groups.

Benefits and Compensation
We offer competitive base compensation ranging from $115,000 - $170,000 for 1800 billable hours, with an additional guaranteed bonus of up to $40,000 for attorneys who bill more hours. We also have excellent benefits, including flexible PTO and recently added Paid Parental Leave. Leadership positions are open to all attorneys in every office, and we have a realistic partnership and equity partnership track. All KF attorneys are eligible for partnership, and promotion is based on your ability to do great work and fit our culture, not just on business development.
Requirements and Equal Opportunity
We are looking for candidates with a strong academic record, excellent references, and a record of job stability. Candidates must also be a member of the Texas bar in good standing.
