Paralegal - Patent Prosecution Duties: Assist attorneys with preparing necessary documents for witness interviews, depositions, hearings, trials, and arbitration. Also be responsible for locating and reviewing information applicable to a particular case, person, or subject through online research or document reviews. Manage large volumes of documents and work with each case and transaction, review, organize and maintain document databases for discovery, document production, and attorney review, and assist attorneys in preparation of pleadings/motions and the coordination of service of process.

Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree and/or paralegal certificate with 3 years experience as a paralegal in a legal department or law firm. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. Experience with legal software such as Relativity, LexisNexis, Westlaw, or similar technology. Strong oral and written communication skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Desired Qualifications: Experience in a large law firm or professional services organization. Strong Patent Prosecution experience. Experience using Pattsy Docuting Software is a plus.
