Responsibilities for this position include working on mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, affiliations, and roll-ups, as well as having knowledge of key regulatory factors such as certificate of need, corporate practice of medicine, licensure, change of ownership, reimbursement, and Stark and Anti-Kickback requirements. The ideal candidate would have experience representing both non-profit and for-profit health care clients, including private equity investors and portfolio companies.
