Strong legal writing and research skills are a must, as well as a thorough understanding of all aspects of litigation, including Texas Procedure. The attorney will be responsible for drafting and responding to discovery, taking and defending depositions, motions practice, negotiating with insurance companies and defense counsel, attending court hearings, mediations, and trials. They will also manage a team of paralegals and support staff, requiring excellent case management and leadership skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to providing exceptional client service.

Compensation for this position includes a competitive base salary based on experience, as well as commission based on the number of resolved cases. Key Responsibilities:
