- Essential Job Functions:
- Lead attorney teams in timely investigations and disciplinary actions
- Collaborate with other VPs and departments within FINRA
- Manage performance of Enforcement attorney teams
- Monitor and advise on investigations and high-risk matters
- Ensure efficient and consistent regulatory outcomes
- Provide exemplary service to regulatory service agreement customers
- Communicate effectively and collaborate with management and other departments
- Oversee efficient execution of complex and high-profile enforcement matters
- Support program goals and priorities
- Manage attorney teams and supervise directors and attorneys
- Ensure timely and foreseeable outcomes
- Facilitate effective collaboration with other departments
- Identify and monitor high-profile or noteworthy cases
- Provide direction and management to maximize productivity and cost-effectiveness
- Serve as a primary source of legal expertise
- Provide performance feedback
- Ensure high-quality litigation documents
- Review dockets and reports
- Assist in assignment and supervision of high-priority matters
- Provide support to Operations and Technology functions
- Enhance working relationships and teamwork
- Lead special projects and produce reports
- Attend and speak at legal and industry conferences
- Education/Experience Requirements:
- Law degree and appropriate licensing
- Minimum of 10 years of complex litigation experience
- Minimum of 7 years managing and leading employees
- Minimum of 5 years working in securities enforcement
- Superior investigative and legal skills
- Ability to prioritize complex workload and make difficult decisions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Salary Information:
- Based on location and other factors

- Salary offers range from minimum to mid-point of range
- Time Off and Paid Leave:
