Salary Information:
- Annual salary ranges between $275,000-$350,000 depending on location
- Additional contingent compensation opportunities based on work performance, location, experience, education, and qualifications

Job Title: Mid-Senior Level Patent Litigation Associate
Experience: 4-8 years of patent litigation experience, including drafting and responding to pleadings, preparing claim charts, and overall litigation strategy
Education: USPTO admission and an undergraduate degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science preferred

Job Description:
- Work closely with clients to provide solutions for navigating patent laws and extracting value from intellectual property
- Take the lead on interesting and career-enhancing cases
- Collaborate and build relationships both inside and outside the firm
- Prepare and defend against pleadings, discovery requests, and depositions
- Draft Federal Circuit appeal briefs and supervise and train junior associates

Job Requirements:
- At least 4-8 years of patent litigation experience
- Strong academic credentials and commitment to excellent client service
- USPTO admission and undergraduate degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science preferred
