- Assist in gathering necessary documentation for cases.
- Collaborate with attorneys and paralegals to ensure a smooth transition of qualified cases.
- Follow up with potential clients to answer any additional questions and provide updates on their case status.

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a legal intake, customer service, or call center role, preferably in a law firm environment.
- Fluent in English and Spanish.
- Knowledge of Lemon Law or consumer protection law is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to accurately document client information.
