Join KPMG as a Director in Consumer Compliance and help our banking and non-banking financial services clients stay compliant with consumer protection regulations and safety and soundness regulations. In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead and manage compliance projects, develop presentations and reports, and provide mentorship to team members. Additionally, you will have the chance to participate in business development efforts and contribute to thought leadership in the industry.

Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage compliance projects for financial services clients, including payment processors, FinTech's, lenders, and more
- Design and prepare presentations and reports to communicate meaningful recommendations to clients
- Provide leadership, direction, and review of team members' work
- Evaluate performance of team members and provide mentorship and coaching for their career development
- Manage project risks and adhere to KPMG standards
- Actively participate in business development efforts by identifying opportunities, developing relationships with client stakeholders, and presenting proposals
- Stay current on emerging industry and regulatory topics and trends

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 5 years of relevant compliance experience, preferably with a focus on consumer compliance and safety and soundness regulations
