Job Responsibilities:
- Manage a caseload of 15-30 active bankruptcy cases from start to finish, ensuring each case progresses efficiently and effectively.
- Oversee client relationships, providing regular consultations with clients and third parties to drive cases toward successful resolutions.
- Develop strategic approaches for each case, offering leadership and guidance to staff members involved in the cases.
- Foster and maintain strong relationships with the law firm's clients and actively participate in business development initiatives.
- Collaborate as a team player with the intention of building a long-term career within the law firm, with potential partnership opportunities.
Education and Experience Information:
- Applicants must possess a minimum of three years of experience in bankruptcy law, particularly in handling complex business disputes.
- Candidates should be comfortable and effective in courtroom settings, displaying confidence and competence during proceedings.
- Experience negotiating complex settlement terms and conditions is required.
- Applicants must demonstrate proficiency in all forms of communication, ensuring clear and effective interactions with clients, colleagues, and other parties involved in cases.
- The ability to conduct thorough research and produce high-quality written work is essential.

Salary Information:
- The position offers a yearly salary range of $95,000 to $125,000.
