Responsibilities:

As Legal Counsel, you will be responsible for leading complex litigation and appellate advocacy without substantial oversight by senior attorneys. Your role will involve developing legal strategies, arguments, and testimony, producing high-quality legal papers, representing clients in court, conducting legal research, and interacting with media regarding cases and issues. You will also have the opportunity to train junior attorneys in civil litigation and work closely with clients and allied attorneys.

Essential Qualifications:

- . degree and active license in at least one US state bar
- 7+ years of complex litigation experience
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Proven project management and organizational skills
- Excellent problem-solving ability
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Prioritize deadlines and achieve identified goals
- Handle sensitive and confidential information professionally
