Requirements:
• Illinois licensed (additional states a plus)
• Strong litigation and writing skills
• Working knowledge of computers and Microsoft Office applications

Responsibilities:
• Analyzing probable outcome of cases
• Gathering evidence, including interviewing clients
• Deposing relevant parties
• Attending hearings/trials
• Presenting cases to arbitrators
• Drafting legal documents, such as opinion letters and settlement contracts
• Managing a full caseload
