Senior IP Paralegal The candidate will support the Patent Litigation practice group. Assist with trial prep, cite checking, and blue booking. Diligently complete day-to-day discovery projects and filings. Assist with projects and coordinating of vendors both in house and externally. Respond to case needs, assignments, and issues as they arise; making sound decisions and seeking advice when necessary. Help lead, manage workflow and forward information appropriately within the team and to the IP Paralegal Coordinator. Act as mentor to junior paralegals. Effectively utilize technology and training. Maintain accurate litigation databases. Organize materials.

The candidate should have at least minimum 5+ years of experience as a Litigation Paralegal working in Intellectual Property specifically. Must have trial experience. Bachelor's degree and strong academic credentials. Must be able to work overtime, irregular hours, and start right away. Proficiency with MS Office, MS Excel, electronic discovery, and litigation databases. Knowledge of PowerPoint and Photoshop, a plus. Be proactive, show initiative, possess strong listening skills, and have the ability to both lead and work as a team player. Possess the ability to manage multiple projects while under pressure. Must be detail-oriented, flexible and possess excellent organizational skills. Demonstrate excellent written and oral communication skills. Exercise strong interpersonal skills with an emphasis on service to personnel at all levels. Travel may be required.
