Job Description:

**MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***., a well-established civil defense litigation firm, is seeking an experienced Workers’ Compensation Defense Attorney to join their team. The position is available in either their downtown Los Angeles or Irvine office. The chosen candidate will handle all aspects of workers’ compensation litigation, including depositions, appearances at the WCAB, and communicating with clients. They will also be responsible for developing strategies for efficient case resolution, negotiating and settling cases, and drafting pleadings and reports.

Qualifications for this position include experience in workers’ compensation on either the defense or applicant side, familiarity with WCAB procedures and California Workers’ Compensation laws, and an active California Bar License. Experience with defending S&W, 132a, and/or subrogation claims is a plus.

Salary for this position is $160,000 - $180,000 per year, with an additional $20,000 annual bonus for meeting quarterly billable hour requirements.
