- Lead trademark and copyright-related activities for multiple business segments

Key Responsibilities:

Basic Qualifications:
- 5+ years of legal experience
- Juris Doctor and membership in one state bar or equivalent
- Experience managing a large trademark portfolio, including domestic and foreign marks, trademark search and clearance, and resolving trademark disputes
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in both corporate law firm and in-house work
- Experience working closely with and advising senior executives
- Strong attention to detail, creativity, commitment to customer service, and excellent communication skills
Compensation:
- Based on experience and includes equity compensation
- Ranges from $138,500/year to $229,000/year, dependent on market location and job-related factors
- Total compensation package may include equity, sign-on payments, and other benefits
