Case Manager - Join a Leading Law Firm in Alpharetta, Georgia

We are currently seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Case Manager to join our team in Alpharetta, Georgia.

Key Responsibilities:

- Daily interaction with clients, both in person and over the phone
- Obtaining necessary documents and records from healthcare providers and insurance carriers
- Negotiating settlements with insurance carriers and medical providers
- Maintaining organized case files and preparing comprehensive demands
- Collaborating with coworkers and attorneys to manage case files from intake to closing

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Prior experience as a Personal Injury Case Manager or in a legal position/insurance adjuster role preferred
- Strong negotiating skills and ability to work well within a team
- Proactive communication with clients, insurance companies, and medical providers
- Ability to multitask and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong writing and communication skills with attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, with a minimum typing speed of 35 wpm
