The Discovery Paralegal will be responsible for preparing, editing, and proofreading a variety of legal documents, assisting attorneys with discovery, managing electronic case files, and preparing for trial. The ideal candidate is meticulous, diligent, personable, and highly motivated with 5+ years of litigation law firm experience. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary range of $75,000-$85,000 annually.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare, edit, and proofread legal documents
- Assist attorneys with discovery
- Manage electronic case files using a document management system
- Prepare for trial

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree, Paralegal Certificate, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 5+ years of litigation law firm experience
- Familiarity with client billing guidelines
- Ability to travel nationwide to attend trial
- Comfortable with learning new technology and processes
