Litigation Paralegal The candidate will prepare, edit, and file pleadings and discovery. Assist with pre-trial and trial preparation, including attending trials. Calculate and calendar dates and deadlines. Communicate with clients, courts, witnesses, and vendors. Coordinate document discovery including, but not limited to, processing, scanning, coding, review and production. Organize and maintain legal documentation. Research and respond to inquiries and requests for information. Paralegal certificate or Bachelor's degree from accredited four year program or combined education and work experience as a paralegal is required.
