Job Title: IT Support Specialist II
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Respond to and resolve user inquiries and technical issues in a timely and efficient manner.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, software applications, and peripherals.
- Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks to ensure optimal performance.
- Collaborate with other IT team members to address complex technical challenges and implement solutions.
- Document technical issues, resolutions, and processes for future reference and knowledge sharing.
- Assist in the development and implementation of IT policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Participate in IT projects, including system upgrades and technology deployments.
Education and Experience Information:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or information technology.
- At least 2 years of relevant work experience in IT support or a related field.
- CompTIA A+ certification is required.
