At K&L Gates, we are seeking an iManage Engineer to join our team in the Information Technology department. This role is responsible for the day-to-day engineering, security, design, and escalated daily support functions of the Firm’s iManage Document Management Systems and related Applications.

Key Responsibilities:

- Responsible for the day-to-day engineering, security, design, and escalated daily support functions of the Firm’s iManage Document Management Systems and related applications.
- Write scripts/code/workflows in appropriate tools to automate the iManage platform with ease.
- Troubleshoot issues to determine root cause while driving to a solution, managing tickets with external vendors and other internal teams.
- Provide level III support escalation for assigned applications and document all processes and correspondence.
- Administer, maintain, patch, and upgrade applications in a Microsoft Windows / Azure environment.
- Work with the Senior Enterprise Applications Architect to drive use and automations out of the iManage cloud platform.
- Collaborate closely with members of the Global Information Technology Teams to integrate AI systems, document tools, and communication platforms.
- Serve as the Lead in implementing enterprise initiatives and complex 3rd party applications.
- Participate in or lead one or more product circles (functional product teams/technical user groups) to help support and deliver an amazing experience and new features to our customers.
- Stay updated on technologies to improve configurations, troubleshoot issues, find root causes, and resolve them independently.

Required Experience & Skills:

- . in Computer Science or equivalent education/experience.
- Minimum of 6+ years of experience working with iManage systems/platforms.
- Minimum of 6+ years of experience working for a professional service organization.
- Proven expertise in working on large-scale projects, ideally within the legal technology sector or highly regulated industries.
- Experienced in working with solutions that comply with global data handling and regulatory standards.
- Possess a level of excellence and familiarity with the Microsoft Cloud platform tools.
- Minimum of 6+ years of demonstrated application support and administration or related experience in an application engineering capacity.
- Minimum of 3+ years working PowerShell / PowerAutomate or like scripting language/workflow tool.
- Ability to write technical documentation and training materials for the applications supported by the Enterprise Applications team.

Preferred Experience & Skills:

- Deep knowledge of the legal industry, especially in areas such as Document Management Systems, financial systems, analytics, legal screens, time keeping, and legal operations.
- Demonstrated knowledge working with a wide range of cloud technologies, preferably in the Microsoft/Azure stack.
- Advanced knowledge of KCS (Knowledge Center Support) methodology.
- Possesses two or more applicable iManage Cloud Systems certifications.
- Experience understanding business workflow inside DMS systems and offering solutions to automate or optimize process.

Additional Abilities Required:

- Flexibility to work scheduled nights and weekends, as needed.
- Effectively present ideas, projects, problems, or solutions verbally and in writing.
- Ability to work on/with a team where other members can be in different offices and/or time zones.
- Ability to travel, as required.
- Exhibit proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite, iManage and other firm applications.
- Stay updated on technologies to improve configurations, troubleshoot issues, find root causes, and resolve them independently.
- Mobility within the office including movement from floor to floor.
- Ability to perform job functions in an office setting or suitable remote working location.

Salary Information:

The compensation salary for this position will be determined during the interview process and will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to prior experience, relevant expertise, current business needs, and market factors.
