Key Responsibilities:

Drafting and negotiating definitive transaction agreements
Assisting in managing all aspects of a strategic transaction, including due diligence and disclosure letters
Coordinating with subject matter experts
Assisting in managing the client relationship
Conducting legal research and providing analysis and advice to clients
Keeping up-to-date on relevant laws and regulations
Assisting with business development efforts

Requirements:

3-5 years of relevant M&A experience
Experience in public and private company mergers and acquisitions and other strategic transactions
Superior academic credentials and/or law firm experience
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
Team player with the ability to work independently
Willingness to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Admission to the bar in New York, California, or Washington state (depending on location)
