Corporate Paralegal The candidate will work directly with the firm's corporate attorneys to assist with Arizona Corporation Commission and Secretary of State filings, regulatory filings, UCC filings, franchise filings, and other filings with state and federal agencies; partnership formation documents and filings; preparation of responses to auditor requests; transaction due diligence such as UCC, litigation, and tax lien searches; and trademark database maintenance and trademark filings. AppColl experience a plus. Job requirements include, excellent written and verbal communication skills, excellent client interaction skills, at least 5 years of experience in a Corporate legal environment. Paralegal Certification a plus.
