Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

- Provide legal support for mergers and acquisitions or other strategic transactions
- Perform related duties as assigned
Experience and Education Requirements:
- 4-8 years of relevant corporate lawyer experience
- Law degree from an accredited law school and admitted to the state bar
- Comparable to a senior associate or counsel in a law firm
Minimum Skills, Knowledge, and Ability Requirements:
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and willingness to grow
