Summary:
As a Paralegal in the Litigation department, you will perform a range of substantive case, matter, or entity related duties under the supervision of attorneys. This includes drafting legal documents, conducting legal research, and coordinating efforts between attorneys, clients, and other parties. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are required for this fast-paced role.

Responsibilities:
- Draft simple pleadings and assist attorneys with major motions and filings
- Conduct cite-checking, fact-checking, and Blue Booking of legal memoranda
- Organize documents for witness interviews, depositions, hearings, trials, or arbitrations
- Review and maintain document databases for case tracking and discovery
- Utilize legal software such as Relativity and eDiscovery technology
- eFile documents in State and Federal Courts and coordinate service of documents
- Locate and review information applicable to a particular case via online research or document reviews
- Assist in the preparation of pretrial motions, trial binders, and trial exhibits
- Accompany attorneys at depositions, hearings, trials, or arbitrations
- Manage data rooms and matter files
