Associate Litigation Attorney The candidate will include oversee and supervise all legal aspects of the firm's litigation practice. Provide guidance to operational staff regarding the implementation of procedural changes, and approve such changes as necessary. Ensure the firm's litigation practice is compliant with state, federal, regulatory, and client-directed legal requirements. Monitor for state, federal, and regulatory changes, and recommend process modifications as appropriate. A Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school and a license to practice law in the state of Texas is required. Should have admission to practice before all four Texas federal districts; excellent verbal and written communication skills; exceptional organizational skills. Should have proficiency in legal research applications such as Westlaw, LexisNexis, or other related systems. 0-1 year of experience. Entry Level Associate opportunity. Jurisdiction-specific experience in handling contested default matters and banking litigation is preferred.
