Gibson Dunn, a leading global law firm, is seeking a HR Compliance Coordinator to join our team in any of our . offices. This role will primarily support our Human Resources department in implementing and maintaining compliant policies, processes, and activities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist with implementing and maintaining compliant Firm-wide policies and processes related to wage and hour, leave and accommodations, recruitment, and more.
- Complete compliance-related reporting activities, such as EEO-1 and CA Pay Data Reporting.
- Stay updated on employment and labor laws and suggest policy and procedural changes as needed.
- Track and maintain compliance training programs, including harassment avoidance and workplace violence prevention.
- Identify opportunities for new HR compliance training.
- Conduct research on human resources issues and translate findings into compliant processes.
- Assist with global liability insurance renewals and client-related compliance activities.
- Liaise with other departments to complete client questionnaires.
- Support the firm's bar audit and Limited Liability Partnership (LLP) reporting processes.

Qualifications:

- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in providing timely and accurate services for complex problems.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Experience:

- Bachelor's degree required.
- 2+ years of HR compliance experience in a professional services environment preferred.
- Knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws.
- Familiarity with international employment laws and data privacy laws a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.

- Annual compensation range of $70-90k, depending on qualifications.
