Senior Legal Counsel - Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide legal support for all forms of construction and power contracting agreements
- Review, negotiate, and amend legal terms and conditions in construction and power agreements
- Prepare legal reports and liaise with procurement and finance teams
- Identify and mitigate risk in construction and power contracts
- Collaborate with global and regional teams on construction and power projects
- Advise company management on complex legal matters

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in law or relevant certifications
- Minimum 5 years of in-house legal experience
- Strong experience in contract drafting, commercial terms, and negotiations
- Business acumen and ability to combine legal and business analysis
- Current member of the legal bar in good standing
