Job Title: Tax Associate - FY26

Job Responsibilities:
As a Tax Associate at the company, you will be responsible for delivering tax advisory and compliance services to clients. - Participating in tax research projects on a variety of tax issues, drafting IRS responses, and addressing other tax authority inquiries.
- Collaborating with leaders on special projects in corporate and flow-through taxation, such as accounting methods and ASC740.
- Developing recommendations for clients and sharing them with leadership to discuss and strategize.
- Communicating and teaming with specialty tax practices on complex tax matters in areas such as state and local taxes, high net worth individuals, international taxation, research and development, and credits and incentives.
- Learning and growing from direct on-the-job coaching and mentoring, as well as participating in firm-wide learning and development programs.
- Utilizing entrepreneurial skills to network and build strong relationships internally and externally with clients.
- Building friendships and strong work relationships while gaining valuable experience.

Education and Experience Information:
To qualify for the Tax Associate position, candidates should possess:

- A bachelor’s or master's degree in accounting, law, or a related business degree, with sufficient coursework and credits to sit for the CPA and/or Bar exam in the state being considered.
- Outstanding academic performance, with a preferred GPA of or above.
- Relevant internship, work experience, and/or involvement with a professional organization.
- The ability to work effectively in a team environment with all levels of client personnel.
- Demonstrated skills in time management, communication, interpersonal skills, relationship building, collaboration, and problem-solving.
- Organizational and analytical skills, initiative, and adaptability.
- Proficiency with Microsoft programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
