Litigation Support Paralegal Candidate will perform a variety of duties in an effort to support attorneys through trial, arbitration, and mediation. Will assist in overall case/project management, including all aspects of the litigation discovery process (., document/ESI collection and preservation, document review and production, fact investigation, and deposition preparation tasks). Works closely with attorneys to coordinate scheduling, drafting discovery, assisting with pleadings, motions, and briefs, drafting litigation status reports, drafting correspondence, and preparing documents for trial.

The candidate must have 5+ years of law firm litigation support experience. Must be having the ability to use one or more electronic-discovery tools/document-review platforms, should have both a conceptual and functional understanding of the eDiscovery process, including best practices regarding the identification, preservation, and collection of potentially relevant ESI, active involvement with data culling and processing, and methods to improve the efficiency and accuracy of the review, analysis, and quality-control work that must be performed prior to the production of responsive documents/data to outside parties.
